Mill has been running her own theatre production company Atomic Force Productions since 2011, following completion of the Stage One Apprenticeship for New Producers. During the Apprenticeship, she worked on the opening of the West End production of Ghost: The Musical, as well as a variety of touring and Edinburgh Fringe shows, including Showstopper: The Improvised Musical, Potted Potter, Steven Berkoff’s Oedipus, The Fitzrovia Radio Hour, and Cabaret Whore. She was also General Manager for the Terror 2011 season at Soho Theatre, and has since worked as General Manager with Meadow Rosenthal Ltd and Something For The Weekend, as well as various freelance production roles. She was previously a Trustee for Spun Glass Theatre, and often dabbles in writing and directing too.
More recent producing and creative work includes: Confessions of a Redheaded Coffeeshop Girl (Edinburgh Fringe), Operation Annunaki (Brighton Fringe and Shambala Festival), Mystery at Frankenstein Castle (Brighton Science Festival, Brighton HorrorFest, Guildford Fringe, London Science Museum), Alex Garner: Who? (Edinburgh Fringe), Help! I’ve Shrunk Santa’s Trousers! (Sweet Venues Brighton), and Beowulf (Brighton Fringe, Edinburgh Fringe, and short tour).
She also has a wealth of venue-based theatre and events experience, founding the Dukebox Theatre in Brighton in 2012, before choosing to merge with Edinburgh’s Sweet Venues where she worked as their Marketing and Communications Director for 7 years. She has also worked in a variety of roles within the Ambassador Theatre Group, Brighton Dome and Festival, Worthing Theatres and Museums, and most recently as Programme Administrator at the Byre Theatre in St Andrews.
Mill is also a game designer, with experience in creating and developing live immersive games, street-based/site-specific games, VR experiences, escape rooms, and board games. She has an MA in Greek Theatre Performance from Royal Holloway, University of London, loves board games and horror movies, and is currently learning BSL.
