#EverybodyMove
Anyone and everyone can dance. Martha (and her Vandellas) once said ‘it doesn’t matter what you wear, just as long as you are there‘ and by golly, was she right! We’ve thought of lots of fun ways for you, your school, your family and your friends to get involved. So, have a butchers below and see what we've got to offer.

Queer & There!
Well Good is a project delivered in partnership with NHS Tayside. Every year, we tour Well Good to 116 primary schools in Dundee, Perth & Kinross, and Angus, exploring issues around tobacco and safe choices.
Well Good
Fun and energising weekly online classes for people living with Parkinson’s and their carers. Followed by a social cafe.
Our Youth Advisory Board is a FREE training programme for vocational students and graduates to learn skills in writing your own CV, job applications, and funding applications as well as joining in classes with our pro dancers too. Open to 16 to 30 year olds.
The Body
A pure massive celebration for LGBTQ+ History Month! Creative events, workshops, and discussions that explore what it's like to be a queer person in Dundee right now.
OutFest
We work with older people living with dementia and Alzheimer's in care homes, and their carers, to develop a unique dance workshop that explores the power of dance and music as a tool to reconnect with memories and physicality.
LOVE/LIFE
Monthly play sessions for children and families. Come join us for these magical sessions. All of our previous sessions have sold out so we recommend booking early. For ages 2 to 5 plus carers/families.
A Day to Play
We offer a range of projects and performances for primary and secondary schools. Click here to find out more.
Work in Schools
We have been developing ideas for a new show called ‘The World is My…’ exploring the climate emergency in a show for children aged 8-12 and their families.
The World is My
Thanks to funding from the Young Start Fund, we worked for 2 years at Rossie Young People’s Trust in Angus, and with young people in Whitfield, Douglas, and Kirkton in Dundee. The young people created, filmed, and edited their own films.
Ctrl Shift
Back in 2019, we ran weekly sessions for young people aged 12 to 30. Exploring LGBT history and rights through dance, film, art, and oral history.
Here. Me. Out.
