Fair Work First

Shaper/Caper is committed to the Scottish Government’s Fair Work First principles, supporting fair, inclusive and positive working practices across our organisation.

As an accredited Real Living Wage employer, we believe everyone should be fairly rewarded for their work. We are committed to providing effective opportunities for staff to have their voices heard, investing in workforce development, supporting flexible and family-friendly working, promoting equality and inclusion, and avoiding inappropriate use of zero-hours contracts.

Fair Work is integral to how we work: creating an environment where people are valued, respected and supported to thrive.
